The assessment takes about twenty to twenty-five minutes, and the questions are plain and quick to answer.

What comes back is not a score sheet. It is a written report that names the pattern you are in, in language you will recognize, shows you where your pressure is working for you and where it has turned costly, and points to a small set of concrete practices suited to your situation rather than generic advice. Supporting guides and benchmarking summaries extend the report for teams and organizations.
