Part of the Pressure Intelligence™ framework
Six steps for talking about pressure before it becomes a conversation about blame.
A facilitation guide for leaders running structured conversations about pressure with their teams.
Most teams only talk about pressure after something has already broken, and by then the conversation is about blame. This guide is the structure for having it earlier: a sequence that opens with observation rather than judgment, moves to what the pressure is actually doing to decisions and trust, and ends with three sentences the team completes together.
It is a facilitation script, not a diagnosis. It will not tell you what your team’s answer is, and it asks you to check your own readiness before you run it, because the session only works if you can hear something you did not want to hear.
The full guide walks all six steps with the questions for each, and the download is the version you can take into the room.
